So first let me apologize for the previous feedback it was supposed to be tagged to another purchased I made via another eBay seller, eBay’s glitch caused it to be tagged here. Now for this item purchased here, the item arrived late which was not to much of an issue, item was not in a box as per website description however item seems to be in daily great condition plastic wrapping and hard plastic I assume to keep bristles in place a few strands out of place but not a deal breaker.
